Over a decade of dedication to the digital textile coating ink sector, the company has evolved from its early single-product explorations into a comprehensive ink supplier with integrated R&D, large-scale manufacturing, and global sales capabilities.

To tackle common challenges in digital printing—white ink sedimentation, difficult resuspension, and printhead clogging—COLORSPRING has developed three core white ink product lines: the Self-Developed Non-Sedimentation DTF Coating White Ink (Invention Patent, Patent No.: ZL202310434186.0) , which significantly reduces sedimentation and stratification during long-term storage; the Slow-Sedimentation DTF Coating White Ink, balancing stability with ease of use; and the ShakeSmart DTF Coating White Ink, designed for high-frequency production environments to shorten setup time. Together with its mature DTF transfer inks and DTG direct-to-garment inks, the company has built a comprehensive product portfolio covering apparel transfer printing, ready-to-wear direct printing, and home textile printing.

The full product line is compatible with mainstream industrial printheads including Epson, Ricoh, and StarFire, delivering warm and vibrant color performance with proven adhesion and wash fastness across multiple batch verifications.
